Digital Marketer

About This Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to plan, develop, implement, monitor and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels (social media, email & website). The objective of this role is to help grow GCF’s brand influence while also increasing brand loyalty, awareness, and sales. GCF. This role gives clients the confidence to donate their money freely to our cause. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing and social media management.

What You Will Do

·      Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns (Including our SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns).
·      Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
·      Coordinate with the content creator to plan and manage our social media presence across all digital channels.
·      Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
·      Use data analytics to improve marketing results.
·      Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry, develop various online marketing strategies and integrate them into the GCF’s marketing system.
·      Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
·      Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
·      Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
·      Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
·      To assess digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
·      Manage the database of the organisation and keep a tab on online visitors and clients
·      Coordinate the training session along with the foundation partnership manager.
·      Help conduct interview sessions with the trainees.

What You Should Have

  • A University degree.
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytic tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Be up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
